Lately, we've seen a fitness trend that promotes exercise and going outdoors. But just how much are you missing out on when you choose to be inactive? And how many other benefits other than "being in shape" does movement offer? When we say, "Get up and move" are we just talking about exercising?

Does exercise really give you anxiety, or are you just too lazy to come up with more creative ways to get your daily movement in?
