On today's episode, I was given the opportunity to interview the one and only Coach Tim McDermott. Coach McDermott is originally from Cortland, N.Y where his love for lacrosse first started. His college lacrosse career began at SUNY Geneseo and ended at Loyola Maryland. Over the years coach McDermott has coached at several colleges including Virginia, Loyola, and Cortland State. Currently Coach McDermott is an Assistant Coach for The University of Utah Men's Lacrosse Team. During our conversation, Coach McDermott and I were able to discuss leadership, energy, positivity, and all things that are controllables in life that can improve the well being of life.
