How many of you feel like you're underqualified to start a baking business?
Let me tell you, you're not alone!
When I opened my café, bar and bakery, I had never run a business before and I wasn't a professional baker.
But within the first six months my revenue was over 6-figures and I'd employed over 17 members of staff. My business also won multiple awards, including Britain's Best Loaf awards, all without 'qualifications'.
