Bloodfist V: Human Target (1994) bids a fond farewell to Steve James, in his final feature film role. Don “The Dragon” Wilson is an amnesiac gunshot wound victim who everyone wants a piece of, on both sides of the law. Who was he working for? Why did he get shot?
