Our guest is Bryan Adams, one of the pioneers of the employer branding discipline and the author of the book “Give and Get Employer Branding” a book that is considered the bible of the discipline. He is the founder and CEO of two companies: Ph. Creative, an agency that focuses on employer branding, and HappyDance, an enterprise career technology company.

In our conversation we talked about Bryan’s entrepreneurial journey and some of the missteps he took and how he overcame them. He also discussed some of the key holes that companies have in the way they communicate with their employees, and shared a couple of examples of companies that successfully aligned their corporate culture and their communications to their employees.
