In this episode of @AuManufacturing Conversations with Brent Balinski, we hear from Keith Milne, the owner and director of Uncle Harry's Vegan Grill.
Milne bought the business in 2018 at the age of 70, and has no plans to retire soon. He tells us about what made him buy a struggling vegan food business, what he did after that, what he hates about a lot of the vegan/vegetarian products he sees in supermarkets, and the positives of running a business at his age.
