In this episode we hear from Miheer Fyzee, Product Development Coordinator at Workspace Commercial Furniture. He tells us about the company's efforts to keep productivity high by investing in new machinery, the importance of trade skills, and -- of course -- their approach to innovation.
We learn about the recently-released Forza table range, "developed from ground up specifically as a large format boardroom table or a community table", and influences on its development, including sales staff, user feedback, local material availability, and aesthetics.
