Janie, a renowned figure in the hairdressing world, blends style, passion, and grace. With a legendary career spanning North America, she's a platform artist, educator, and former salon owner. Known globally for her expertise, she's an All-Star panelist at NAHA, a fixture in Australian Hair Awards judging, and an internationally published hairdresser. Currently, Janie serves as Editor-in-Chief at Independent Beauty Professional, Director of Global Publications at Phenix Salon Suites, and Director of Education at ERGO Styling Tools UK.

Jonty, a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, has held diverse roles from salon ownership, and education, to global operations. His expertise spans roles at Ultimate Salon Professionals, HairdesignerTV, and Aqua Hair Extensions. Currently serving as Managing Director at ERGO Styling Tools UK and Managing Editor of Independent Beauty Professional magazine, Jonty's multifaceted background also includes being a published author, former tennis coach, and advanced SCUBA diver.
