Today's interview is w/ Para-Swimming Co-Chair, Brett Austin. We talk about how to find a swim club for SWAD (swimmers w/ a disability), how to modify workouts to accommodate swimmers. Also talk about the state of Para-Swim in the Michigan LSC, how far it has come and where the movement needs to go in the process.
