we talk about how the past made us who we are today, Learned from our mistakes and grew up. In life we go through many changes. It made us who we are as a man or woman or whatever you identify with.. Im glad to see us on paths that we want to do to better ourselves.

we go through our lives in our head. Hold our pride high when sometimes you should put it aside. We are not here forever so take that picture with your friends and family, Be the bigger person and say sorry if you have to and look in the mirror and love yourself. Some one always has it worst take a deep breath and think.... is it worth it or not. We live life in a constant battle in our minds when we need to just set it free. Think positive and positve things will come. Think negative and well you get negative. Surround yourself with people that want to do more and stop hanging around the people that hold you back
I read this phrase I will try my best to phrase it im pretty sure its by the buddha
"When asked: “What’s the biggest mistake we make in life?” The Buddha replied, “The biggest mistake is you think you have time..”
Time is free but it’s priceless. You can’t own it but you can use it. You can’t keep it but you can spend it. And once it’s lost, you can never get it back.
