Some time ago, our wonderful cat Muffins went missing. We put up missing cat signs in our neighborhood, and we put up posts in lost pet groups online. After some weeks past, we slowly began to lose hope. Then we got a phone call from a vet, five hours away! Muffins had been found!
We have no idea how he made it so far away, but had he not been micro chipped, we may have never seen him again! He was staying with a very nice family, who were pampering him. For that, we are forever grateful!
Since then, I've shared this tale online. To my surprise, I received many messages from people telling me I should write a story of what I think happened, and why Muffins went on his journey. This episode is the first half of that story...
