Price movement in 2023 has been up and down significantly across the nation, with most recent numbers leveling out to "normal" appreciation. Some of these changes are seasonal, especially in lifestyle destinations such as Southern Oregon, and Alice looks at past data as a basis for her predictions on where prices may be headed through the beginning of 2024.
