She speaks about what held her back from moving forward for the longest time. Shaf also digs into the crates to share her Vision/Mission statement that she wrote for a grad school class back in 2007. It's eerily similar to what she's doing now. She also speaks for the first time about being an author of a self-published book, The Power of Your Inner Game.
