Welcome to a Positive Mind with Positive Vibes, today's episode is one that I hope reinvigorates a sense of peace and tranquility for all who listen. The journey of Alignment is one that is not an overnight process, it is not a simple "one and done" experience, it is a true journey that takes time. With that journey comes ups and downs and all things in between. The goal is not to be perfect or never feel negativity/contrast, but to understand the negative feelings when they come and give them no more time than needed for them to serve their purpose. Whether today was a good day or bad day for you, know that I am proud of you for where you are, where you have come from, and look forward to seeing where you will go. Most importantly never forget, you are loved and cherished always.
