Puffers (or inhalers) can help your lungs and make breathing easier. Many people however don't use them well or have trouble finding ones that work for them. In this episode we talk with John. John has had COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) for decades but still hasn't found the puffers that are right for him. He still finds that his breathing holds him back from doing what he wants. In this episode you'll learn: What you can do to help your breathing and be more active. Sometimes it takes time to find the right puffers for you. Keep trying to find the puffers that work best for you. How to be confident that you are using the right puffers for you and your lungs.
