The attitude of play = cultivating the possibility of delight in any moment! We're innately wired to play, then learn to postpone it: til recess, til the weekend, til the kids are grown. It becomes a habit to put it off, and it's easy to forget how to become present to creativity, beauty, awe, and silliness. It's essential for our well-being.
