19. Evaluating the New York Mets
Manage episode 447359372 series 3584956
2024 turned out to be an unexpected year for the New York Mets. Despite the odds in late May/early June, the team went on a memorable run, made the playoffs on the last day of the regular season, and took the Dodgers to six games in the NLCS. Now what?
The Mets are entering the most pivotal offseason in their history, with $180 million coming off the books. The 2 Dummies know what they want to see happen as they spend a considerable amount of the episode this week determining who should stay, go, and which free agents to sign. That's our main topic this week.
Elsewhere, the Dummies said a eulogy for the New York Jets, and we get into what's happening in the World Series. We'll be back Thursday with another episode!
