Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. On Saturday, November 10. we witnessed the unveiling of the Leon Russell Monument which marks his final resting place and his final return home to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We talk about the event, what we learned from the proceedings. We decided for our Tribute to Leon we would replay our earlier, four Leon episodes. back to back in one episode.
