Sunday Service August 21 : The Kindness of Karma

Buddha’s teachings on karma explain the relationship between our mind, our actions and our experiences. Karma is like gravity; it’s not personal, it’s not singling us out. If we trip and fall, we don’t get angry with gravity. Understanding how karma functions puts us in control of our life so we can learn to transform, and avoid difficulty, thereby creating the lasting happiness we wish for.

Gen Kelsang Tsoglam is an American Buddhist nun and has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her sincere teachings are presented with humor and practical examples that make them accessible to everyone.
Sermon: Gen Kelsang Tsoglam
