We have reached the conclusion of the regular season in college football and the postseason now begins this weekend in locations like Boise, ID, Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN and beyond. And, our guys T.J. and Gary return to go over the title games and their thoughts on underdogs on "3 Dog Thursday!"
The guys begin with some philosophical talk on whether all the new teams in conferences making the title games is a "good thing" or not for the overall health of the sport?
Then, they get to it with the predictions from a spread standpoint this weekend? Who goes straight in for the Georgia Bulldogs as the hound in the rematch with Texas in the SEC championship game? It's a definite revenge spot for "Hookem" in this one. Also, who detours to the lesser known SunBelt title game and is backing the Marshall Thundering Herd as the slight doggie at Louisiana-Lafayette in champ game?
Then, the discussion turns back to the big boys, as one predictor believes in Clemson outright in the ACC championship matchup with new member SMU? And, will that cost the Ponies a possilble bid to the playoff? And, finally, who takes Penn State to upset the last of the unbeatens, Oregon?
