Leadership is everything. It makes the difference whether organizations of all kinds, be they corporate, public agencies, or even societies and nations are successful, healthy, and thriving - or not. Leadership is a commonly discussed topic. There is no shortage of research and advice about how to become a better leader. One of the key ingredients is our ability to influence - to inspire new and improved actions amongst our people.
