Welcome to another edition of No Lights Paranormal, where Joe, Teresa, and Alex dive into spooky stories from the web. In this episode, we explore the haunted history of Idaho, featuring chilling tales from the Old Idaho Penitentiary, the eerie legends of cannibalistic dwarves in the Owyhee Mountains, and ghostly encounters in the St. Joe National Forest.

We start with Teresa's detailed account of the Old Idaho Penitentiary, a place with a brutal history and numerous ghost sightings. From the tragic tale of Dennis the Cat to the chilling experiences of paranormal investigators, this prison has it all.

Next, Alex takes us to the St. Joe National Forest, where hikers have reported eerie sounds, shadowy figures, and ghostly apparitions near the grave of a young miner, Frank Heller. This forest trail offers a full gamut of paranormal experiences.

Finally, Joe brings us the legend of the cannibalistic dwarves in the Owyhee Mountains. According to Native American lore, these two-foot-tall creatures lure children into the woods with their eerie cries and singing. Modern-day adventurers have even captured videos of these mysterious beings.
