This episode we have Rosie Elliott who got the late call up to join the epic squad of Kiwis heading to the World Athletics Champs in Eugene, Oregon. We hear her story of a rollercoaster last two years, all culminating in the dream trip to the Worlds to race the 400! Plus we dissect the New Zealand team to understand where everyone is ranked and what they need to do to make semis, finals and medals.
And of course we cover off the news from track and field from around the globe and hype up the cross country scene here in New Zealand which will come down to the big event on 30 July of the National Cross Country Champs in Taupō.
