In 2023, Cody, along with his wife Sarah, founded Ivory Home, a groundbreaking interior design service tailored exclusively for real estate investors. Their venture stands as the nation's only service of its kind, bringing a unique blend of design and functionality to the real estate landscape.

But Cody's expertise doesn't stop there. A graduate in Finance from McNeese State University in 2019, he possesses a deep understanding of the financial aspects of the real estate game. His areas of specialization include flipping houses, managing heavy rehab construction projects, ensuring construction timeline fulfillment, and weaving the magic of interior design into every property.
