I always love speaking to the energetic and adventurous Jo Saunders, Australia’s LinkedIn Demystifier.

In this conversation, she shared with me that she had recently been diagnosed with ADHD and felt like her mind was in a fog.

Getting a Virtual Assistant to support her in her business has been part of her strategy to get a clear mind and have the focus (and the time) to work ON her business, creating LinkedIn courses (the stuff she loves AND is income generating).
