Nate Johnson, former Store Manager of 17 years for a major grocery store in Lincoln, NE joins Trevor again to share his experience leaving behind his career in retail, and exposes toxic customer service mentality and poor treatment of employees. Nate takes us behind the curtain and inside senior leadership meetings, business philosophy on work-life balance, culture, and how nothing is more important than the bottom line, including employees. Nate also shares accounts of mistreatment by customers and how the extreme "customer service culture" business model inevitably leads to customers abusing employees.
