In this episode of the Consulting Lifestyle Podcast, we're talking with Cesar Hasselmann, a consultant and entrepreneur who has built several businesses in Brazil and Australia. He's also the founder of AMH Consulting and he shares his insights on how to be a successful business owner.
Cesar was just 13 when he started his first business with a school friend. Within three years, he had a DJ business with three cars and six DJs hitting parties all weekend. It was short lived when his friend suddenly passed away. His other business fell apart due to an economic crisis in Brazil, leaving 120 employees without jobs. Cesar then moved to Australia to start another company from scratch.
To Cesar, business is a political game, and helping clients in a way that won't hurt them and will ultimately transform them for the better is part of being a successful consultant.
