Ratna Amin, Project Director for the City Administrator Office at the City of Oakland joined us to discuss how civic organizations are pushing governments to get transit infrastructure right – and the complexity of defining success.

“Let’s revisit things because if we spend billions of dollars on the wrong projects, we are wasting our precious talent and resources, but we’re missing out on what we might actually be needing to serve people on the ground. Today’s needs are more known, and we should meet them," Ratna Amin.
