In episode 21, Suze and Jenni discuss in more detail the part our body plays in helping our minds understand emotions and feelings we have. They discuss resources and just a few of the many therapies available that help us understand what our body is saying, and what to do with that information. They commit to practicing the Maxer Method, observing our biofeedback so we can understand what emotion we are having, and they have created a worksheet to assist with the task that can be found on their website: www.insightmaximizers.com. Look for the newly created Handouts tab.
