I interview Joddie Taylor about creating a daily routine of exercise or "a movement daily practise".

She's been helping me ease into regular movement and I've had a lot of mindset shifts from her.

We talk about things like an "all or nothing' mindset, being ok with being terrible, celebrating slow growth and steps.
