Starting a business is super exciting and it's really easy to get carried away with the exciting 'shiny' things that are involved with getting it off the ground.
But before you get too far down the track, make sure you do this one thing...speak to your target audience and get validation!
It sounds so simple and obvious, right?
But you would be surprised how many people (and pretty clever ones at that) just don't do this critical step until it's too late! Maybe it's scary! Who knows! But it's a mistake lots of you are making.
