In this episode, I discuss a study that explores the influence of work climate on employee knowledge sharing. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes the finding that a perceived mastery climate at work drives knowledge sharing among employees and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice. The study I am discussing in this episode is Nerstad, C. G., Searle, R., Černe, M., Dysvik, A., Škerlavaj, M., & Scherer, R. (2018). Perceived mastery climate, felt trust, and knowledge sharing.
