Stuttering or speech disfluency. It can feel debilitating and cause to be embarrassed.
As young children learn to talk as parents we so look forward to the moment their voice for the first time. But sometimes that voice doesn't come out a smooth as other kids. How to you help a child who is struggling with speech? What can others around them do?
In my conversation with Angie we talk about stuttering and speech disfluency to help others understand how to support and better empathize with that person or child.
