Ryan grew up in England in a broken home, which led to him striving for attention from others. He grew up with a feeling a responsibility to take care of his mom throughout his young life. He had quite a bit of abandonment during his early teen years. However, he found the love of his life at 15. Things soon became very stable with his relationship and career, but in 2019 things changed. He didn’t feel supported at work and struggled with fitting in with that community. His relationship with his wife was on rocky waters and he also had a health scare. Needless to say, 2019 was a turning point for Ryan. He finally made a choice to make a change. He created his own community that shows love and support for others.“Passion is for us because it feels good. But it turns to purpose when we use our passion to help others.” -Ryan Hartley. Ryan felt he had more to give and began looking into becoming a coach. He started with what he had, a phone, a headset, and Facebook Live. He didn’t allow the “lack” of proper equipment to be a barrier. In 2020, he started a journey of faith. He wasn’t sure if leaving the police was the right path, but he had faith in God and listened to what was put in his heart to do. Which was to help others. He learned to live in love and lead in love.
