In Episode 22 we share some tips to help live a healthier overall lifestyle. We came up with these tips to answer the frequently asked question of how to lose weight. We both feel that weight loss is part of seeking better overall health. Jacqueline came up with these tips to help with living a healthier life and these tips may also help you to lose some weight. We dig in and discuss why it is important to 1. Get enough sleep, 2. make your mental health a priority, 3. Monitor and Control your Stress and Anxiety. 4. Drink more water, 5. Find ways to incorporate more movement/exercise, and 6. Cook more of your own meals and Eat the Rainbow. Jacqueline has an incredible journey to share. She found herself weighing over 500 pounds followed by losing more than 300 pounds. She has also gone through several skin removal surgeries. Jacqueline started sharing her Journey in 2016 and has yet to look back. She is has had her story shared with many national and international media outlets. She is looking forward to the podcast being a place where she can spread her words of encouragement as well as share some of the details that have gotten her to where she is today.
