In this episode Christy chats with two Murray River Council based businesses about how they coped and adapted when COVID-19 arrived in our community. Zowie Crump from the Art of Zowie Photography based in Mathoura thought outside the box when all her wedding, family and school photo sessions were cancelled, while Julianne Daly from the Border Inn Hotel in Moama shifted quickly to offering take away services and focused on the importance of community when they had to turn all the lights out. This inspiring conversation is a great example of small regional businesses tapping into their resilience, relying on the local community and their ability to adapt quickly when circumstances literally change overnight.
