When I was deciding who would be my first Podcast guest, there was one name that came through very clearly, Natalie Ryan Hebert.
Natalie was my guide /mentor through all of 2023 & she has such wisdom & insight into human dynamics.
About Natalie
Natalie is a transformational therapist and coach who uses specific tools to help shed the layers of limitations we have gathered throughout our lifetimes, which keep us back from reaching our full potential as humans.She is a world-renowned therapist who has worked with thousands of clients worldwide, including Olympic athletes, actors, musicians, supermodels, coaches and CEOs. She is passionate about raising the consciousness of humanity by activating the great healers and those of influence. Natalie uses a combination of RTT, transformational hypnotherapy, inner child healing, intuitive coaching and energy healing to help her clients clear outdated conditioning so they can rise to new levels of spiritual awareness and self-actualization.
She is also the founder of The Red Tent Programme for PMDD, a protocol for healing the root cause trauma underlying premenstrual emotional and physical imbalance.
Natalie is originally from Australia. She is married, a mother of four and lives in Copenhagen.
