This week our guest is Brian Murray, M.Ed. - Exercise Physiologist - Director of Clinical Research for ViiV Fitness. Join us as we discuss how a motionless total-body maximum intensity strength training workout stimulates new muscle and bone growth and can be completed in under 5 minutes.

With a motionless protocol, you can stimulate strength and size increases that are at least equal to those obtainable with full-range training, and since muscle building is the goal, if it can occur with the least amount of wear and tear possible, this is a desirable option.
