In this talk I openly share the story of my Dad, how I dealt with it and what we can learn from the way we currently treat depression.
And I really want to focus on the fact that depression can affect anyone. Depression isn't always constant sadness, it can often be disguised with a smile.
This full talk was delivered at Wieden and Kennedy in London for mental health awareness week and I hope it brings you value.
