  • Your Belief Drives Behavior
    • Many people act according to their past not their potential
  • Our belief systems are created at an early age and affect us when we attempt to do something that we never have done before.
  • The reason we have flawed beliefs is there is no proof
    • We must build proof by taking action every day regardless of how we feel...this is the definition of discipline
    • Many people are too busy trying to prove their worth to others and or seeking validation as opposed to proving to themselves that they are worthy and that they have what it takes.
  1. Remember that Beliefs are the sticking point for most of us at some point in our life.
  2. We must either break them or build them in order to create a new way of thinking
  3. Your beliefs are handed down at a young age and failure to recognize this could mean the difference between creating a life by design or continuing to live a life by default
  4. You must create a vision for what you want your life to look like and then set goals on how to achieve that vision. once you have done this, reverse engineer your goals to the now
  5. Take inventory of the beliefs that serve you and the ones that stop you from pursuing your purpose and reaching your potential.
