Recently I have been shifting my inner practices to RE ORIENT myself towards that which feels good, nourishing, kind, pleasurable
After many years of being hooked into healing loops of trying to get rid of many aspects of myself and focusing on what I need to release
I have begun a journey to re-orient myself to the goodness of life ~ with an embodied knowing that this when held in body and awareness naturally dissolves the “stuck parts and patterns held within”
To move into ease flow and love is a healing balm of embodied resource
