The West Philadelphia "Speedboys", took the nation by storm, finishing ranked Number One in 1977 in America. But, their tradition didn't just start there. Coached by renowned iconic coach-Joe Goldenberg, the Speedboys have a history for over four decades, of winning basketball and acclaimed student-athletes. Led by his principals, structure and love of the student-athletes, Joe Goldenberg molded and mentored these athletes, in being exceptional human beings.
