Food drama is a ruminating thought pattern that many people have, which is often amplified this time of year. Between Halloween and the New Year, most of us are gaining weight that we never lose, despite the fact that the majority of us are concerned about our weight. Dr. Lisa is the ANTI-diet weight loss doctor, and in today's episode, she'll invite you to CHILL OUT when it comes to holiday treats. It's okay to invite yourself to step back, and simply focus on maintaining your weight for a while. Using her 5 step process, you can avoid weight gain, by declining impulsive trips to the food carnival.
Be warned, this episode may lead to relaxing more, trash talking yourself less, and allowing yourself permission to have an occasional holiday treat! It's not a recipe for weight loss, it's an invitation to find a healthy balance, have a little fun, reduce impulsive treats, while you PLAN and ALLOW the holiday treats that are meaningful to you.

Thanks for listening!
