On the 77th episode of the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet show, I had the pleasure of interviewing Victoria Brown, a Brown Belt at Parabellum Martial Arts and Strength.

Victoria shared her inspiring story of how she turned to martial arts to cope with difficult times in her life. Her daughter's cancer diagnosis and the passing of her mother were significant challenges that she faced. Victoria spoke about how jiu-jitsu helped her develop mental strength and resilience, which she believes is just as important as physical strength in combat sports.

Victoria also talked about her training at Parabellum and how combining strength training with jiu-jitsu improves overall performance. She emphasized the importance of creating a supportive community, especially for women in jiu-jitsu, and how Parabellum is striving to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Victoria's love of martial arts and commitment to her training were clear throughout the show. Her story is a testament to the power of sports in helping people overcome challenges and build a strong sense of community. Don't miss out on hearing her inspiring journey!
