The plaintiff says he and the defendant dated for a few months until the jealous woman tried to run him over because she thought he was cheating. She then rammed his car, causing extensive damage, so he’s suing for the cost. The defendant says the plaintiff is lying and is suing her because she filed a protection order against him. She’s countersuing for impound fees, a car note, and emotional distress.

Then, the plaintiff says she ordered new tires and rims for her son’s BMW. The defendant installed the tires, but her son had two blowouts right away. A mechanic said the tires didn’t fit, so they’re suing for triple damages. The defendant says the co-plaintiff was driving the car aggressively, denting the rims. She denies any issue with them.

Plus, the plaintiff says she dated the defendant for three years, and she put him on her cell phone bills. After they broke up, he stuck her with the bill to get back at her. She’s not going to put up with this, so she’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says he was blindsided by the breakup, and he insists he was paid up.
