On or about September 13, 2002 at approximately 4:27 p.m., the Lee County Sheriff's Office received a 911 emergency medical request call in reference to a female found lying on the 4loor in a rear bedroom, unresponsive and bleeding from a gapping laceration to her neck. The female victim also had a coaxial cable wrapped around her neck. The incident occurred at 350 Louise Ave. in Ft. Myers, Lee County, Florida.

Deputies were dispatched to investigate along with Lee County E.M.S. The first responding Deputies arrived on scene to find the white female had been fatally injured and secured the scene. Emergency Medical Technicians arrived at the scene and the victim was pronounced dead. The victim was identified as Sheila Joanne Foe, a white female born on October 22, 1956.
