What is the mission of Jesus? Did Jesus come to save the world from sin and hell, or did he come to save us by bringing us into heaven? How does our understanding of his words and deeds affect our reading of the Bible? In this episode, Dr. Jesse Nickel discusses the significance of Jesus' words, healings, and exorcisms in inaugurating the kingdom of God—particularly in the context of first-century Judaism.
