This online CME activity, presented in collaboration with the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), focuses on translating oncology guidelines into practical strategies for treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants will learn how to integrate clinical trial data into guideline-concordant testing and treatment plans for patients with resectable and metastatic NSCLC. The program highlights the importance of evidence-based approaches in the perioperative setting and the use of immunotherapy and targeted therapies for advanced disease. Attendees will also explore emerging data that could influence future treatment guidelines and develop region-specific therapeutic strategies aligned with NCCN recommendations. As of November 12, 2024, a new Biologics License Application (BLA) for datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) has been submitted to the FDA for accelerated approval in the US for patients with previously treated advanced EGFR-mutated NSCLC. The previously submitted BLA for patients with advanced nonsquamous NSCLC has been voluntarily withdrawn.
