The overwhelming thoughts of life and how we all got here can, what it means and if you're enough, can cause you step too long into the dark. Grieving when we lose someone is like the base of a very painful iceberg, and when we don't process that emotion it can trap inside our soul and cause a lot of pain. Sam Webb is a friend of Heather's, who literally took the pain of losing his bast mate, and turned it into a lesson for others who are suffering.
