John Celis is a personal trainer, health coach, nutritionist, and athlete. He has been a student of health and fitness for over 18 years. We had the opportunity to discuss fitness for those of us in our 50's, 60's and 70's. His experience and his insight will benefit anyone looking to improve their health, regardless of age. He is a positive and motivating individual. He truly wants the best for everyone who is willing to put out the effort and the energy necessary to get healthy. His ideas and his workout philosophies are real, they are tailored to the individual, and they work.
